Esforço de acção

The source I have listed gives quotes from the author himself on this whole subject.
The Pooh song and the Tao of Pooh are linked together.

The Tao of Pooh
a book by Benjamin Hoff

How can you get very far,
If you don’t know Who You Are?
How can you do what you ought,
If you don’t know What You’ve Got?
And if you don’t know Which to Do
Of all the things in front of you,
Then what you’ll have when you are through
Is just a mess without a clue
Of all the best that can come true
If you know What and Which and Who.

And that brings us to the principle of Effortless Action.
The most characteristic element of Taoism in action is Wu Wei.
This is often translated as “doing without doing”.
And it comes from knowing your Inner Nature.
